Shepher is a Business to Business (B2B) distributor. Federal or State Resale Tax ID required.

This site is intended for use for retail stores, and non profit organizations. Federal Tax ID, EIN or State Resale Tax ID are required when registering.

Please Note:

A signed copy of your New York State Resale Certificate ST 120 (for New York State businesses) or New Jersey ST 3 (for New Jersey businesses) must be faxed or emailed to Shepher prior to shipment otherwise the appropriate sales tax will be charged.

After approval you will be emailed your account number which combined with your password will allow you to see wholesale prices, add/change account information and place orders online.
