If you never PURCHASED merchandise you will need to register in the top right. If you had been previously registered with the old SHEPHER.COM site, but had never made a purchase you need to re-register to gain access to pricing and you must be a registered business and supply us with your EIN or Tax ID # If you are an existing customer who PURCHASED merchandise from and have a username (which is your account #), and a password, those login credentials will no longer function for this site, but you are already pre-registered in our new system

Steps to Log In:

  • Enter you user name which is now your email address
  • Enter your default password which is 2M followed by your 6 digit account # (use leading zeros if your account number is less than 6 digits long.) Example if your account# was 12345 Your default password would be 2M012345 or 2M123456. If you use the same email account for more than one account or store, the account number in the password will bring you to the correct account.
  • Log in (After logging in for the first time, we encourage you go to your account profile and change your account password, but for those with multiple accounts do not use the same password for all accounts as the system will not know which store or account you are purchasing for.)


QTY available is less then a case pack it can't be added to the cart yet. (you can call or email your sales person and we can add these items for you).

Regarding ordering via the web site, there are some other tweaks and functionality that is not perfected yet, but we are diligently working on them.

Sales orders will not reflect the freight cost, only the final invoice will and the cost of freight is at your expense.

Some item images may not populate immediately and if you require any images not found, we can provide if needed.
